Davis is charged with manufacturing a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child.
Charges could be enhanced because the residence is located less than 300 feet from the elementary school.
Police said more arrests are expected.

According to town officials, selectmen appointed Davis to the planning board on April 1 and he attended his first meeting on April 18. He had not served on the board prior to his new appointment.
Davis was appointed based on a recommendation from the planning board.
