Only access to Fish and Game managed fishery in Stratford barred by locked gate

N.H. Fish and Game land agent Betsy McNaughten said Fish and Game has owned the bog itself since 1934 and has managed it as a fishery. She said the dam is relatively new, constructed in early 2000.
