Nearby target shooting puts Troy Elementary in lockdown for an hour

While police later found out it was someone target shooting on a nearby property, the school was in a "secured campus," or lockdown, for about an hour, said Leo P. Corriveau, superintendent of the Monadnock Regional School District.
