Alleged investments grifter Skaltsis transferred to county jail
Skaltsis wrote a letter to the court in March stating he was involuntarily committed for a year to the hospital. However, court documents from two weeks ago signed by his public defender, Carl Swenson, indicated the hospital had been or was then, working on a discharge plan.
