Jaffrey officers start business to help people understand 'stand your ground'

Jaffrey police Lt. Terry Choate and Joseph Hileman, a detective with the Jaffrey Police Department, have developed a training program, Blue-U Seminars, to teach firearm owners and anyone else interested in understanding better how the law works. The business is not affiliated with Jaffrey police.
