Moody's affirms Pinkerton Academy bonds, concern over shifting demographics

Management expects weaker demographics for school-aged students leading to lower enrollment in the near-term. Though enrollment is projected to be 3,070 students for fall 2013, management expects lower enrollment levels of 2,900 to 3,000 students in the midterm.
