Seabrook man admits to illegal soliciting in N.Y. paving case
According to police, they received several complaints that Eaton and his blacktop crew were soliciting to pave residential driveways. Police said Eaton “successfully performed work” for several of the complainants, but, after completing the work, he tried to double or triple the price they had agreed on. The homeownwers told police Eaton said he would return to collect the rest of the money.
