Man airlifted to hospital after fall down stairs at Sugar Hill party

SUGAR HILL — A Massachusetts man was flown to a hospital after injuring himself during a fall at a party Friday night, police Sgt. Rick Ball said.

Michael Richer, 26, of Millville, Mass., was drinking with a group of friends when he fell down stairs on a porch at a 383 Hayward Lane home about 9 p.m. Friday, Ball said. The man was "relatively unresponsive" and was flown to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon for treatment.
He was listed in stable condition at the hospital on Saturday, a nursing supervisor said.
