Manchester Crimewatch: City man insists he didn't stalk woman

MANCHESTER - Alexander Krause, 30, of 327 Concord St., Thursday insisted in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division that he hadn't stalked a woman.

"I was sitting in my father's house when the other party showed up," he said. Before he could leave, Krause said, a police officer showed up and arrested him.

Krause's bail conditions bar contact with a woman and bar him from a Belmont street address.

Because Krause was out on bail, with conditions barring contact with the alleged assault victim, police prosecutors filed a motion to revoke his bail and a hearing was scheduled for Friday morning.

New drug charge

Kristofer Giordano, 26, of 88 Prospect St., could enter no plea Thursday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to a felony charge of possession of a narcotic drug, so a probable cause hearing was set for May 8.

Giordano is accused of having heroin in his possession at Pine and High streets Wednesday.

Because he was out on bail on another charge, scheduled for trial April 29, police prosecutors filed a motion to revoke Giordano's bail on the earlier charge and a hearing was scheduled for Friday.

Tried to hide drugs?

Police charged Jon Silkman, 21, of 112 Mammoth Road, Hooksett, with a felony of falsifying physical evidence for allegedly attempting to hide cocaine by dropping it on the floor of a vehicle in a parking lot on S. Main Street April 13.

He could enter no plea to that felony or to a felony possession of controlled drug charge, so a probable cause hearing was set for May 22.

Silkman is free on $1,000 personal recognizance bail.

Accused of leaving accident scene

Donald Labrie, 53, of 67 Wilson St., pleaded innocent Thursday in Circuit Court-Manchester District Division to a misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene of an accident.

Labrie is accused of causing property damage to a vehicle on Bridge Street Feb. 27 and of leaving without providing information to the vehicle owner or police.

Bail was continued at $2,000 personal recognizance and trial was set for July 1.
