Ayotte, Shea-Porter sponsor contract legislation

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Members of New Hampshire's congressional delegation have filed matching legislation in the House and Senate aimed at keeping taxpayer dollars out of the hands of groups that seek to harm U.S. military or civilian personnel.
