Mass. man sought for Hampton bank robbery

HAMPTON - Police are looking for a Charlestown, Mass., man for the April 14 robbery of TD Bank and are asking the public for help in finding him, although they warn no one should approach him because he is violent and considered dangerous.

Ryan Lane, 35, is wanted for robbing TD Bank on High Street, as well as another bank in Hingham, Mass.

He may be in the company of Amy Cole, a/k/a Amy Roberts, 38, of Weymouth, Mass., currently wanted as an accomplice to the Hingham bank robbery. Another man may also be with them.

Police said the pair are known to stay in hotels and have no fixed addresses.

Lane is described as 5-foot-10, 160 to 170 pounds with reddish brown hair, blue eyes and a thick South Boston accent.

Anyone with information on Lanes' or Cole's whereabouts is asked to call Hampton Police at 929-4444 or their local police department.
