Fitzwilliam quarry article to be reheard

In KMO's request, the company's two attorneys, Thomas R. Hanna of Keene and James E. Higgins of Manchester, write that the decision to vote down the warrant article was "unlawful and unreasonable." They write that the town doesn't have the authority to regulate quarry reclamation, and the town's land use code is unconstitutional because it "bears no rational relationship to a legitimate government interest."
