DERRY -- In the Derry schools, superintendent Laura Nelson said staff have tried to keep thinks low key and maintain their normal routines in the wake of bombings and manhunt in the Boston area.
"We didn't have special programs or sessions to review the event and kept things to an individual level with students that might have needed to talk," said Nelson.
Derry police captain Vernon Thomas said local police have not been involved with the Boston operations other than being out the look out for the suspects.
