NH Liberty Act strikes at federal overreach
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — Passing a bill that would keep the state from cooperating in the arrest or detention of U.S. citizens without due process would send a message to the federal government that the practice is wrong, supporters of the legislation told a New Hampshire Senate hearing on Tuesday.
