Grant Bosse: NH’s newest revenue scheme: sue the unpopular!




Over the past decade, most of the oil companies settled with New Hampshire and the other states who saw a good shakedown racket when they saw one. Shell, Sunoco, and Citgo recently agreed to pay a combined $51 million to get out of the lawsuit. Only Exxon-Mobil held out.
