Nashua police say man damaged property

Nashua police arrested a Merrimack man Wednesday on charges of damaging a vehicle and breaking into a downtown business and smashing a window.

Kevin Hale, 43, of 18 Turkey Hill Road, Merrimack is charged with burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

The property Hale allegedly damaged belonged to the same person, who was is an acquaintance, police said.
