PRIVE 

CAPTURED: Thursday morning, shortly after being featured as the "Fugitive of the Week." Henry Prive, 41 of Manchester, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Manchester. Prive was wanted by the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding arrest warrant for a probation violation on an original charge and sentence for armed robbery.

As part of this investigation, Prive was featured today as the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force's weekly feature known as the "Fugitive of the Week". The "Fugitive of the Week" is broadcast on WTPL-FM, WMUR-TV, the Union Leader, The Nashua Telegraph and is prominently featured on the Internet.

Shortly after Prive was featured, several tipsters called the U.S. Marshals and provided information on Prive's whereabouts on Notre Dame Avenue in Manchester. Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, including members from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, N.H. Probation & Parole, Greenfield Police Department and Deputy U.S. Marshals went to this location, where Prive was quickly arrested without incident.

Prive is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Jail pending his court appearance on this probation violation.

The U.S. Marshals Service District of New Hampshire/Joint Fugitive Task Force has named Henry Prive as New Hampshire's fugitive of the week.

Prive, 41, is wanted on warrants from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for a probation violation on an original conviction of armed robbery.

He is decribed as 5-feet-7, 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on both forearms, his neck and right shoulder. He was last known to be living in the Manchester area, where he has numerous friends and family members.

The U.S. Marshals Service advises the public not to attempt to apprehend a fugitive, who should be considered armed and dangerous. Instead, report any information to the U.S. Marshals Service's Concord office at 225-1632.
