U.S. First Circuit: Moses v. Mele - False arrest complaint against Lebanon officer dismissed

Based on qualified immunity, US District Court affirms lower court dismissal of false arrest and malicious prosecution case against allegeldy abusive Lebanon officer. Interesting too in that when prosecutor nol prossed the charges against Moses he wrote "Witness problems" and the cops are seemingly the only witnesses in the action. It made me wonder about our cops who can't be trusted story. Is Mele one of them?
