Accused Vaughan Mall assailant jailed for refusing to reveal phone password
PORTSMOUTH — A local man accused of kicking a man in the face, fracturing his skull and rupturing his eardrum was sentenced to 30 days in jail for refusing to give police the password to unlock his cell phone.
