Authorities grapple with crime, drugs in public housing in Portsmouth




The recent arrest of a resident at Feaster Apartments in Portsmouth for allegedly peddling crack cocaine has some in the community questioning whether more can be done to prevent illegal activity from taking place in public housing, particularly that of the city's elderly residents.
