Manchester parking ban in effect tonight

The city of Manchester instituted a parking ban for Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.

Motor vehicles should not be parked on city streets from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday, the city Highway Department said. Cars parked on streets during those times are subject to being towed.
