Periodically, State Department clerks get into trouble for snooping at the passport records of celebrities and politicians (famously, Bill Clinton when he was running for president). One such clerk who worked at the National Passport Center in New Hampshire was indicted in 2010 for using her government computer to gather personal information on more than 500 celebrities and their families, including Lindsay Lohan's sister, Ali Lohan.
