Four arrested in Conway on drug charges
Marijuana, heroin, prescription pills and an undisclosed amount of cash were also seized..
Arrested were:
- Jesse J. Galvin, 30, of 177 Grove St., Brookside Apt. 2, North Conway, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with the intent to sell and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He faces up to 3 ½ to 7 years in jail and $100,000 in fines on the intent-to-sell charge and up to 3 ½ to 7 years in jail and $25,000 in fines for the drug-possession charge.
- Gabriel E. Delano, 35, 77 Grove St., Whittman Woods Apt. 17, North Conway, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with the intent to sell and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She faces up to 30 years in jail and $500,000 in fines for the intent-to-sell charge and up to 3 ½ to 7 years in jail and $25,000 in fines for the drug-possession charge.
- Christopher J. Spinney, 28, 77 Grove St., Whittman Woods Apt. 17, North Conway, for criminal liability for the conduct of another and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He faces up to 30 years in jail and $500,000 in fines for a charge of criminal liability for the conduct of another and up to 3 ½ to 7 years in jail and $25,000 in fines for drug-possession charge.
- Michael W. Wrobel, 35, 1 St. Cyr Drive, Hampton, on charges of criminal liability for the conduct of another and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He faces up to life in jail and $500,000 in fines after having been once convicted of possession with intent to sell or dispense and up to 3 ½ to 7 years in jail and $25,000 in fines for the drug-possession charge.
Galvin was released on bail. Delano, Spinney, and Wrobel are awaiting court appearances in 3rd Circuit Court, Conway District Division, Tuesday afternoon.
