Girl, 15, hit by sleigh horse

BRADFORD — A 15-year-old girl was injured Saturday when she was hit by a horse while it was being hitched to a sleigh, Fire Capt. Laurie Brown said.

Brown said horses were being hitched to the sleigh Saturday morning when the girl got into their path and one of them backed into her. She was taken to Concord Hospital for treatment of what Brown said were not life-threatening injuries.
