PORTLAND, Maine — For the first time in nearly two years, James Cameron on Tuesday will face the judge who ordered him to spend 16 years behind bars for downloading child pornography, then refused to release Maine’s former top drug prosecutor while his appeal was pending. Cameron is being held at the Stafford County jail in Dover, N.H. It is one of several jails the U.S. Marshals Service in Maine uses to board prisoners because there is no federal detention facility in Maine.
