Manchester-based FiberCast will build data center in West Stewartstown to bring broadband to 300

WEST STEWARTSTOWN - Gary Cav, president/CTO of FiberCast ( of Manchester, is building an on-slab data and customer service center that will be about 100- by 40-feet in size on a recently cleared five-acre parcel that the company recently purchased from Cos County. It is located on the east side of Route 3, just south of the entrance to the county complex.
