Workers plan out removal of an oak which fell Wednesday morning. (MARK HAYWARD/UNION LEADER)
MANCHESTER— Workers are shown planning the removal of an oak tree which fell Wednesday morning on Bridge Street Extension near Pennsylvania Avenue, snapping the tip of a utility pole and pulling down wires. Traffic is being detoured, and workers said it could be late Wednesday afternoon until the road is reopened.
