BRENTWOOD — An Exeter man arrested for allegedly firebombing a mobile home and truck in June has been indicted on felony charges, including one that could land him in state prison for 7½ to 15 years, according to prosecutors.

Robert Daigle, 30, was indicted on three counts of arson, and single counts of criminal threatening and reckless conduct for allegedly setting the explosive fires during the early hours of June 12.

Daigle, who is being held at the Rockingham County jail, was arrested by Exeter police in June shortly after the incident.

Indictments allege that Daigle knowingly started the fire at 32 Hilton Ave. in Exeter “with the purpose to coerce or terrorize” the homeowner.

Police said Daigle allegedly set off the Molotov cocktail, which exploded inside a GMC Sonoma pickup and damaged the side of the mobile home.

The Exeter Fire Department doused the blaze.

The criminal threatening, reckless conduct and two of the arson charges are class B felonies, punishable by up to 3½ to 7 years in state prison. One of the arson charges is a class A felony, which carries a potential 7 ½ to 15 year state prison term.
