Ex-Rindge officer, ConVal paraprofessional accused of sex assault allowed to travel
At the 8th Circuit Court on Wednesday, Vargas-Cifrino’s lawyer, Adam Cook of Cook Law Offices in Peterborough, requested that Judge Edward J. Burke amend one of Vargas-Cifrino’s bail conditions. Vargas-Cifrino was ordered at an arraignment on Aug. 9 not to leave the state of New Hampshire, but Cook said his client has family in Cape Cod, Mass., Florida and New York that he wants to visit.
