Corpse spurs investigation at Portsmouth rooming house
Capt. Corey MacDonald said police were called about a “strong odor” at the 21 Brewster St. property on July 20 and responding officers found a man who'd been dead “for some time.” A neighbor who asked not to be named said there were also more than 100 empty beer cans in the man's room.
