Sacred Heart football coach, former UNH Wildcat making slow recovery from double lung transplant

So much about Sacred Heart football coach Paul Gorham is different these days. He has two new lungs and is without the lower portions of his legs, fitted with prosthetics on which he has yet to learn to walk. He relies on a wheelchair. He's lost more than 50 pounds during an eight-month battle for his life. His complexion is pale, his immune system weakened, his energy low. He's on medication for a number of issues, and on more medication to counteract the side effects.
