MANCHESTER — Karen S. Aframe, lead attorney of Bernstein Shur's Manchester Labor and Employment practice, was recently elected labor and employment section chair for the New Hampshire Bar Association.

The Bar works to connect and educate attorneys while serving as a unified voice for the New Hampshire legal community. The labor and employment section is one of 21 industry-specific sections designed to improve knowledge and skills at the practice group level. The section chair is responsible for organizing programming and chairing all section meetings.

Aframe is a frequent speaker on employment issues related to sexual harassment and discrimination, internal investigation, performance management and social media in the workplace; she also provides management training on employment topics.
