Woman charged with felony sexual assault of child under 13
NASHUA — A Manchester woman who allegedly inappropriately touched a child under the age of 13 was arrested Wednesday by Nashua police with three counts of felony sexual assault.
Esther Becerril-Vicens, 20, touched the child, who was known to her, “in an inappropriate and sexual manner” three times on Wednesday, according to a police press release.
