Commissioner Bodi to head liquor board
CONCORD — Mark Bodi of the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission was recently named chairman of the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association board during the organization's annual conference in Marco Island, Fla.
NABCA is the national trade association for all 18 state and numerous county control jurisdictions in the United States.
NABCA immediate past chairman Patrick Stapleton of Pennsylvania said Bodi is “nationally recognized in our industry as an individual with great insight in marketing, public policy and innovation.”
Bodi was appointed to the NHLC in May 2007, after a career in marketing and as partner and president of Griffin Bodi & Krause advertising, marketing and public relations firm.
The NABCA board of directors also selected Neil Insley, commissioner of the Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, as chairman-elect, putting him on track to assume the duties as chairman of the board in May 2013.
