Three-year-old falls from open window in Claremont

CLAREMONT — A 3-year-old Summer Street child was taken to the hospital Thursday morning after she fell out of a first-floor window.

The medical call went out around 11:30 a.m. for the incident at 101 Summer St., according to Police Chief Alexander Scott.

The girl had a possible broken arm, Scott said.

An official at Golden Cross Ambulance, the private company that serves Claremont, said the child was transported to Valley Regional Hospital.
