MANCHESTER -- Ladislas and Anastasie Harushimana came to the United States from Rwanda in 2007 as refugees and found an apartment; Ladislas got a job. While they've had their struggles making ends meet in Manchester, their biggest battle is being waged in the United States family court system. They are fighting to get five of their six children out of foster care.
