Eyes on OwlsPhoto 1 of 10 "Eyes on Owls" brought several owls to show children, families and teachers at Sandown Central School on Tuesday as part of the school's "Life as an Owl" practices. Children at the school, which is part of the Timberlane Regional School District, whose mascot is the owl, are considered "Little Owls," who will grow up to be "Big Owls." Along the way, they are learning about safety, respect and responsibility in order to become leaders. They earn feathers each time they put into practice these principles.
