The White Mountain National Forest features 23 campgrounds, ranging in size from seven to 176 sites.

To camp in the forest, most sites are on a first-come, first-served basis, but some do accept reservations on a limited basis.

Some areas provide running water and flush toilets, while others are more primitive.

Some campsites can accommodate RVs, although none offer hook ups, dump stations, or telephones.

The following list includes information on the campgrounds located within the White Mountain National Forest.
