Trial involving former Derry town administrator delayed

DERRY — The trial of former Town Administrator John Anderson on charges of indecent exposure and lewdness has been postponed until 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, according to 10th Circuit court officials.
The trial had been scheduled for Wednesday morning in the court.
Anderson, 51, has plead not guilty to the misdemeanor charges of allegedly inviting a DirecTV salesman into his house on July 11 last year while in the nude and other inappropriate conduct.
Anderson remains free on $2,000 personal recognizance.
