Police: Mass. man twice burglarized in Merrimack

Merrimack police charge a Lowell, Mass., man with burglarizing a local home twice earlier this month — once while homeowners were asleep inside.

David A. Voight, 23, was arraigned in 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack Monday on two charges of burglary, police said. He was being held on $7,500 cash bail pending a probable cause hearing Jan. 30.

Police said they tracked Voight through the sale of items stolen from the house. They include a cellphone that Voight allegedly sold at the Mall of New Hampshire.
