MADBURY - A four-alarm fire destroyed what is described as an old colonial-style home Sunday morning on Cherry Street.

The fire, at 65 Cherry St., was reported to  Madbury Fire Department shortly after 9 a.m. and the first volunteer firefighters on the scene reported the structure fully involved in flame.
