Rochester police seek credit union robberStaff report

ROCHESTER — Police released surveillance photographs and asked for the public’s help in locating a man who robbed a credit union Saturday morning.
Officers went to the Holy Rosary Credit Union at 133 Brock St. following the report of a robbery at 10:34 a.m.
Employees told police the man came in, handed the teller a note, did not show a weapon and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The robber, believed to be in his 20s to 30s, was described as 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-11 with a thin build, brown hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing a maroon jacket and red sweatpants and was last seen running away from the credit union towards Nicole Street.
A police dog was called to the scene but had no luck locating the robber.
No one was injured in the incident.
