HOOKSETT — A Newfields man was charged with drunk driving after police say he drove off Whitehall Road and flipped his vehicle on Wednesday night.
“The vehicle was found approximately 50 feet into the woods and had flipped over at least one time,” police said in a news release.
Police said Ryan Morin, 21, told them he was the driver of the vehicle and that he had been drinking. The accident happened around 9 p.m. in the area of 306 Whitehall Road, police said.
Morin was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He was taken to the Hooksett Police Department, where he agreed to take a breath test, which resulted in a blood-alcohol level of .11.
Morin was booked and his bail set at $1,500 personal recognizance. He is due Oct. 4 in 6th Circuit Court Hooksett.
