Nashua's Operation Granite Shield yields 4 drug arrests

NASHUA — The latest Operation Granite Shield run by the Nashua Police Department rounded up four local individuals and all were arraigned Friday for various drug crimes and related activities, officials said.

The NPD’s Narcotics Intelligence Division, Problem Oriented Policing Unit and Traffic Unit took part in the operation in which all four were arrested on Thursday.

Justin Roscillo, 25, of 16C Lock St., was charged with two counts of felony sale of heroin. Pending his arraignment Friday, Roscillo was held on $20,000 cash or surety bail.

Shane Beckles, 27, of 102 East Hollis St., Apt. 2, was charged with violation of his parole along with an electronic bench warrant. Beckles did not have bail following his arrest.

Hannah Fraser, 34, of 507 Broad St., Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with felony possession of two prescription drugs, Doxycycline Hyclate and Fluoxetine Hydrochloride. Fraser was held on $10,000 cash or surety bail.

Steven Fucci, 47, also of 507 Broad St., Apt. 2, was charged with felony possession of both heroin and crack cocaine. He was held on $10,000 cash or surety bail until his Friday arraignment.
