GOFFSTOWN — A Manchester man was arrested after police said he broke into a home, stealing change and jewelry, earlier this month.

Brian O’Neil, 29, is facing a charge of burglary after he was picked up by Manchester police on a warrant from Goffstown police on Thursday.

Bail was set at $10,000 cash.

The charges stem from a Jan. 16 incident.

Sometime between noon and 1 p.m. that day, a man police believe to be O’Neil broke into a home on New Road, police said.

No one was home at the time, and jewelry and coins were taken from the house, police said.

The man was caught on camera and police released photos of him.

The photos were viewed on Facebook almost 50,000 times and police said they received numerous tips about the incident.

O’Neil was scheduled to be arraigned at Hillsborough County Superior Court on Friday.

Surveillance footage caught the suspect breaking into and leaving the home on New Road. (Courtesy)
