Man arrested for credit union robbery in Rochester

ROCHESTER - Rochester police said they have solved a local credit union robbery with the arrest of a Rochester man Friday afternoon.

David A. Perkins, 46, of 479 Gonic Rd. faces an arraignment Monday in Strafford County Superior Court on one felony count of unarmed robbery.

Police were holding Perkins on $100,000 cash bail.

On Jan. 13, police went to the Holy Rosary Credit Union at 133 Brock Street at 10:34 a.m. following the report of a robbery.

Police said the white male handed the teller a note, showed no weapon and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No one was injured in the incident.
