Lebanon man faces drug, breach-of-bail charges

LEBANON — A Lebanon man was arrested Thursday afternoon in the parking lot of the local Walmart and was charged with drug and breach-of-bail charges.
Officers went to the Plainfield Road retailer at 3:30 p.m. on the report of a possible drug transaction taking place there.
Gregory Haggerty, 31, was found to be in possession of suboxone and marijuana.
Police officials said Haggerty had been spotted selling ten strips of suboxone to someone.
Haggerty was charged with possession of marijuana, breach of bail and the Class B felony of the sale of a controlled drug.
At the time of his arrest, Haggerty was out on bail from a previous drug charge.
Haggerty refused bail and was brought to the Grafton County House of Corrections. His arraignment was scheduled for Friday, June 15, in Grafton County Superior Court.
