People gather for a moment of silence on Boylston Street in Boston on Friday, April 15, to commemorate the third anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh has dedicated April 15 as One Boston Day. At 2:49 p.m., a moment of silence was held on Boston's City Hall Plaza to mark the moment the bombs were detonated.
