November 20. 2015 8:47AM

CONCORD — Tommy Page, 29, the reported boyfriend of the mother of a murdered 11-month-old baby boy is under arrest on child pornography charges, accusing him of having sexually explicit images of a baby boy.

The death Sunday of an 11-month-old boy from Alexandria was the result of “blunt impact head trauma,” according to New Hampshire Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Jennie V. Duval.

Homicide was the manner of death for Shawn Sylvester Jr., Duval determined after performing an autopsy.

Sylvester was eight days shy of his first birthday when he died.

The investigation into the child's death is continuing, according to New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and State Police Col. Robert L. Quinn, who announced the autopsy results in a news release.

Friday morning, Foster and Quinn also announced the arrest of Page on 23 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images for allegedly possessing visual representations of a male infant engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

His address was not provided in the news release.

Published reports identify Page, however, as being the boyfriend of Sylvester's mother.

Messages left for prosecutors, assistant attorneys general Peter Hinckley and Geoffrey Ward to obtain more information were not immediately returned.

Page is expected to be arraigned Friday morning in 2nd Circuit Court - Plymouth District Division.
